Returns and Exchanges
Whether you purchase a product in-store or online, you can contact us within 3 days of delivery or pick-up in the rare event that your product is damaged, defective or not working properly (some exceptions apply). We’ll help you get your new item repaired or replaced. All of our products come with a one-year manufacturer warranty against defects (some exceptions apply). In addition we recommend purchasing our Gold Warranty package to extend warranty with your new furniture. Click here for details of our Solid Gold Warranty.
Warranties are available for most items Complete Home Furniture sells (excluding appliances, accessories & small appliances).
All sales are final. However, if you discover any concealed damage, you have 3 days to report it. Just call our service department 1-905-244-4663 or mail us info@completehomefurnish.com
If a refund has been authorized, please note the following:
- Cash payments will be refunded by cheque (allow 7 business days).
- Debit Card payments will be refunded by cheque (allow 7 business days).
- Credit Card payments will be refunded to the same Credit Card (allow 7 business days).
- All other payments will be refunded by cheque (allow 21 business days).
Special Orders
Special orders are not refundable after the order is placed. (In Store only)
For any reason order to be cancelled or exchanges, a Minimum of 25% restocking fees will be applied on the total order.
